Preseason Conditioning
We have started preseason conditioning to help us prepare for the upcoming season. Conditioning is as follows:
Monday: 3:00-4:30
Wednesday:
Meet in Coach Sundermeier's room after school. Two different sessions- pick what fits your schedule:
Session 1: 3:00-4:00 with Coach Rayburn
Session 2: 3:00-3:45 Study Table in Coach Sundermeier's, then lifting 3:45-5:00
Thursday: 3:00-4:30
